The Snotliner was originally designed for an indoor race that required a GWS IPS A drive.  This is close to the 'worst possible' power system for the snotliner and is not recommended.  The kit has parts for several power options.  Our favorite drive is 12mm direct drive.  An extruded aluminum 12mm mount is included.  A brushed IPS motor with a GWS 3x2 prop supplies plenty of power.  Brushless 12 mm motors and 2s 340ma. lithium polymer batteries will supply out of sight vertical climbs.  Parts for a front mount are also included for motors up to 25mm and pilots with a need to go way too fast.  The fuselage is designed for batteries up to 1 1/2” tall on their side and 3/4” thick.  The nose of the Snotliner nose is sort of generic, a blank canvas just waiting for an artist's touch.  When you chose your motor and spinner, if you use one, just glue some light scraps in the nose and sand till it looks good.  No hinge or pushrod material is included, as everyone seems to have their favorite ways of accomplishing that task.  Light to moderate experience is required for building, flying requires moderate experience.
